Warranty Terms
Effective Date: October 2025
At Radiant Air Systems LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), we take pride in the quality of our work and the equipment we install. These warranty terms explain what is covered under our workmanship and installation warranties, what’s excluded, and how to request warranty service.
1. Installation Warranty
All new HVAC system installations completed by Radiant Air Systems LLC include:
- 1-year labor warranty covering workmanship and installation quality
- 10-year manufacturer parts warranty (on qualifying systems when registered)
If an issue arises due to installation workmanship within the fi rst year, we will return and correct it at no cost to you.
2. Repair Warranty
Repairs performed by Radiant Air Systems LLC include a 90-day labor warranty covering the specifi c repair work completed.
Replacement parts are covered by the manufacturer’s individual warranty
3. Maintenance Plans
Maintenance plans help keep your system efficient and within warranty eligibility but are not warranties themselves.
They include discounted repair rates, seasonal tune-ups, and system inspections as described in your selected plan.
4. Warranty Exclusions
These warranties do not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or lack of regular maintenance
- Acts of nature, power surges, or other external factors beyond our control
- Equipment or materials supplied by the customer or third parties
- Normal wear and tear, filters, refrigerant, and other consumable materials
Manufacturer warranties may have additional exclusions or conditions based on product registration and brand requirements.
5. Filing a Warranty Claim
If you believe your issue is covered under warranty, please contact us directly to schedule an evaluation.
Warranty work must be performed by Radiant Air Systems LLC or an authorized representative to remain valid.

6. Limitation of Liability
Radiant Air Systems LLC is not liable for:
- Consequential or incidental damages related to system failure or downtime
- Costs associated with equipment failure caused by external or unrelated issues
- Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the covered work or component under the applicable warranty.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Warranty Terms periodically. The “Effective Date” above reflects the most recent version.
